Can I raise my GPA a whole point in 2 years?

If you were to get all A's it would definitely rase your GPA. But I don't think it would put it up by a whole point. Sorry for sounding negative.. I'm usually a pretty optimistic guy but when I tried raising my GPA I got all B's and it went from 2.8 to about 3.1 so it probably won't go up by a whole point, BUT IM SURE IT WILL GET CLOSE! :)
