What is arlington texas like?

I live 10 mi from it. It has a lot of tourist attractions, like Six Flags, and a Water World type place, lots of good food, oh, and the Dallas Cowboys stadium is being built reallly close to the Texas Rangers stadium. It's sorta warm out here right now. Really flat-like no hills, but there are some really nice parks and housing. The people out here are really laid back and nice- for the most part =)
