I am dressing up as my PE teacher friend for Halloween?

but need some help. I'm spoofing her b/c she burned a bag of popcorn at work and caused us to be outside 45minutes for a fire drill. We had to wait until the fire department came and checked out the building to make sure that the building was safe etc. Anyway, I'm dressing up in sweats and a blonde wig ( I was going to singe the ends to burn them)as her but need some ideas to do up my costume to make fun of her! I thought of burning some popcorn and making a necklace out of it. I could also make a t-shirt with a decal but don't have a good idea what I could iron on. Any ideas? There are a bunch of us doing different things - a microwave, a fireman etc.
