I'm 39 weeks pregnant and have been really nauseated with weird taste in my mouth.?

I have had a funny stomach all day, not able to eat, really gaggy and I have this weird metallic taste in my mouth...I can't get rid of it...I keep brushing my teeth, gargling with mouthwash, etc.. I just don't feel right.....Is something wrong?
