Black women get jealous when they see blk guys dating white girls?

I have the sort of racial issues where I live. Personally I just try to see past the way people look. Since I live in South Texas the problems are more with white people dating Hispanics not black people. An old friend of mine was actually told by her own parents she was only allowed to date other white people! We both thought that was crazy! (she ended up marring a Mexican)
