Can i wear mascara if i work in hollister?

what is the limit of makeup? i'm tan and have long black hair but im naturally a blonde so my eyelashes are transparent therefore i neeeeed mascara otherwise i look really awkward. can i wear mascara? and/or really discreet fake eyelashes?
