How can US society develop a rich cl leadership that creates random laws to protect US rich cl interests?

White Protestants used to be the dominant economic cl. They weren't always friendly but they cared about America. Now Levantines are the dominant economic cl, and they are seeking revenge against the institutions that spurned them in the past. Their leadership (if you could even call it that) is ruining America.
