Ok I have a Piczo Website and i want to add A Meta Tag For Google?

So u have a piczo website and i needs to add a meta tag to verify im the owner of the website so first of all how do i add this do i go to tools add html box? i have tried what that told me to do but this comes up The verification meta tag is in the wrong location on the page. It must be within the first section of the page.
