Should i tell corporate whats going on?

We have a new istant manager in our store who is there to help us with our inspection at our restaraunt. she has been trouble and only been there 2wks. On day one she has complained and put down our store manager and told all the workers (spanish) that she is going to be our new store manager. (just got promoted) She always bring up the fact that she is friends with the distric and operations manager. To top it off we had 2 managers who are suspended and under investigation. She went over our store managers head and hired one of them back without telling the manager. (the girl was suspeneded and was a no call no show) the new lady tries to find anything she can to discredit the store manager and anything wrong with the store. she gets mad and offended when anyone wants to call the store manager. we failed our inspection because she didnt throw away food that was expired when she was told to. so of course this made the store manager look bad. she is trying anything to take the stor
