Any suggestions on careers with a two year degree, (AA)?

I'm not looking to get rich by any means. I just want to live a comfortable life with a retirement, health care, and general security. Say $35,000-$45,000 a year. I also have not ruled out continuing on to a four year University, (if I'm enjoying my major), and if the benefits truly outweigh the extra work.
